1. Bookings complete after the 50% of the total amount as a Deposit, either by bank transaction or by credit card. The remaining amount will be paid before the entrance or in the entrance if agreed by mail.
2. Check in 14.30- Check out 10.30.
3. Light cleaning every day. Changing sheets and towels once in a week.

Policy of cancellation:

1. Any cancellation in order of 60 days deposit amount refund, minus the bank fees.
2. After 60 days cancellation or non show on time deposit is non refundable.
